HOA Vendor Finder ("we") runs hoavendorfinder.com, a free directory of vendors that serve Florida community associations. This policy explains what information is collected when you use the site.
Information you give us
When you submit a form (contact, vendor suggestion, review, or listing claim), we receive what you enter, such as your name, email, and message. Forms are processed by our hosting provider, Netlify. We use this information only to respond, moderate reviews, and maintain listings. We don't sell it. Published reviews show the reviewer's role (for example, "Board member") but never their email.
Automatically collected information
Like most websites, our hosting provider's servers log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. They use it for security and to keep the site running.
Advertising and cookies
We use Google AdSense to show ads.
